Anti-Inflamma-Latte
GeorgianaSpiced with Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cocoa, this Dandelion Latte is a powerhouse of anti-inflammatory compounds. It can be customized to your liking by substituting alternative creamers and different combinations of spices, even coffee (yes, coffee is anti-inflammatory and decaf contains twice the potassium as regular coffee!). I often have 2 or 3 of these a day, especially if my digestion is off. I can whip one of these up and swallow a few supplements with it and I know I have given my body what it needs to build healthy cells. Look for upcoming posts about my favorite anti-inflammatory supplements.
How is it possible that something this sinfully delicious is SO GOOD for you?!
