I am sitting in my meditation garden, watching the clouds morph from one animal into another. As a child I was unable to do this. My imagination was blocked by my chronically frozen state of hyper-vigilance, the result of more childhood trauma than I have the desire to contemplate at this moment.
The contemplation that brings me joy in this moment is the complete liberation of my blocked imagination, which now observes dinosaurs, dragons, whales and wild boar chasing each other across the sky above the purple Salvia, iridescent hummingbirds and periwinkle prayer flags of my meditation garden.
What brings me joy now is to share with you the download I received while reveling in this moment of Being Human…
The overly scheduled life crowds out spiritual inspiration. Trauma freezes the body in a state of alert, unable to respond to spiritual inspiration.
Uninspired action displaces inspired action as non-native plants displace native ones. Most of the planet is engaged in uninspired action dictated by trauma avoidance and enforced by over scheduling.
Stop.
Make room for your Spirit to create through you. You are the vessel for the creation of Spirit and the whole point is to fully engage in the joy of experiencing these three dimensional energies. It was NEVER intended to be so hard!
The story of Adam and Eve is a metaphor for the left and right brain. The splitting of the brain was a necessary step in perfecting this 3D experience. But it was traumatic and only now are you as a species learning how to heal that trauma. Then left and right will function seamlessly in partnership, as if they were one. As the left and right brain learn to work together, humanity is learning to work together.
The Bible says Adam fell asleep. Nowhere does it tell us he woke up. Everything else has been, in essence, a dream. Often times a nightmare. Only now is Adam awakening.
Eve was part of Adam’s dream. This is why gender has become more fluid. Adam is now beginning to wake up to the fact that everything in his dream was his own creation. A fantasy over which he had full creative control the entire time.
Now Adam is beginning to realize he can create in 3D as easily and naturally as in a dream. And until he embraces this truth, it can seem as though everything is against him and he has no control.
He (us) is in that fuzzy state between sleep and waking. Once he is fully awake he will grasp all that the dream taught him, just as Joseph of the amazing technicolor coat understood the meaning of dreams. Then the Real Creating begins. This is the fun part.
